Based on this you could be white if you have European descent, and Japanese if you have European descent.

You could also be black and white based off this if you have ancestry from both Europe and Africa.
If you are talking about skin tone, that is more of a description of someone's skin complexion rather than their heritage.
If you are talking about legally in Japan you are Japanese if both of your parents are of Japanese descent. Nationality is a bit different though and every country including japan has their own laws and regulations regarding nationality and citizenship(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_nationality_law).
Based on this you could absolutely be a mix of more then one "race" at the same time.

Thus, mulattos are not White people. 3.Color is only one factor of race. To be White, you need a certain facial and hair structure also. 4.Nationality and race are the same thing. 5.Citizenship is strictly a political status and, thus, irrelevant here. 5.Of course people can be mixed breeds. That is irrelevant...a half White/half Japanese is neither White nor Japanese.

You can absolutely have ancestry of more than one race at once, in fact all of us do, very few of us are 100% of a single ethnic origin.
Therefore, if you are using white to determine your origin as European and black as origin from Africa you could potentially have origins in both Africa and Europe at the same time, you can't just say that doesn't count because it does not fit your argument or narrative and act like that's ok.
Your arguments make no sense and if we are looking at thing genetically then there shouldn't be any argument, this should be an obvious fact.
Lets look at an example. In the example below is the person white? Are they Asian? They also have ancestry from East Asian and native American as well as African and Arab. So are they Arab? Native American? White? The problem here are these labels of white, black, they are just silly. Case closed.

| Speak RoundDavid Nichols (PRO)1.Of course one can have mixed-race ancestry. That's called being a "mongrel" or "half-breed". Mongrels don't belong to any race, they are a mixture of races. All the examples you gave, such as an Asian/Arab person, are mongrels. 2.A person with a mixture of White ethnicities is still White, but if he has any Black or Asian in him, he is disqualified from being White. Whites do not have any Black or Asian appearance. 3.It is easy to know what race a person is---just look at him. Afro hair? Black. Slanted eyes? Asian. Round eyes and White skin? White. If one has an afro and slanted eyes, however, that's a mongrel.

Based on your logic are we all not mongrels? What exactly are you trying to argue in your position, it seems rather unclear, someone can have white, Japanese, and black ancestry. There are plenty of examples of someone who has a certain ancestry but does not display traits of that ancestry or it is not pronounced so your assertion that "you can just tell by looking at their Afro hair or slanted eyes” comes across very ignorant. Is your assertion that if a person fits into a certain stereotype then they must be part of this ancestry?
