C1- The Jews have gained a significant amount of power in society, by hoarding information, and with more access to information it will put white people on more even ground with the Jews.

C2- The blacks often commit a lot of crimes. With the Internet being free and all hopefully blacks can get jobs instead of robbing people, or at least spend more of their time indoors instead of dealing drugs and prostituting themselves on street corners.

C3-  With the Internet being free, perhaps blacks will be able to look up abortion services faster, so they can kill more of their kids as my fellow Eugenicist Margaret Sanger and I hope.

Lol, racists is funny.
Let me fire one back at ya.
If we make internet free to those negros, then they're gona gain all that power and kill all the white folks. Thus I present a counterplan. Only give non jewish whites the internet! solves for all impacts.

Annnd, onto my real argument:

Undermines its own goal

if government requires cable firms to provide access to its cables to any ISP, the resulting increase in users would cut transmission speeds—a major reason why people prefer broadband in the first place! Congestion problems would undoubtedly then be blamed on the cable companies. In the long run, those companies would likely cut back on their investments in broadband technology, which would have the effect of limiting future access options for consumers-which undermines the whole purpose of the resolution

Finally

Giving everyone free internet means that the government can effectively have access to personal information on every single person person in the US through its covert surveillance operations. Because Covert government surveillance is a violation of rights, I insists that we should not promote its growth.

Also, If pro actually wants to contend this resolution sometime lol, then he should present a reasonable plan to achieve the goal of public internet provisions. Furthermore, the resolution seems to apply to all countries, how are they to achieve this. This is all making the assumption that we should expect what is reasonable of countries and their limitations.

Finally, why should we accept consequentialist utilitarianistic, to decide on our actions, Pro must justify.
