Their is no such thing as male privilege.

Male privilege is a legal, cultural, and social system that gives men an advantage of success and benefit at the expense of women. 

There are many examples where men have an unfair advantage which gives them an advantage.  The three categories are:

a) General Safety

b) Social Acceptance on Grooming

c) Perceptions of Authority.

Because men do not have the same level of fear when walking at night, or alone, there is a freedom of exploration men have that women do not.  Women are expected to spend more time effort and energy in grooming themselves and presenting themselves.

A woman who asserts authority, or raise their voice are socially considered bossy when men are considered authoritative.

Women have a genuinely higher level of fear when it comes to being alone, traveling alone, or being in situations of vulnerability.  In this study of the sexes and safety, it was found (inter alia) that 

Because of the increased level of anxiety experienced by women, and fear,  women are not exposed to the same level of opportunities that men are, i.e. networking, and events where one would be single or at night.

This genuine fear will have a foreseeably reduced benefit to women, and therefore men have a positive benefit.  Per the definition, this qualifies as a privilege.

Women have a social standard of appearance requirements that are higher than men.  This article, while not scientific, does paint a fair representation of the social expectations of men vs woman, including grooming.  Some of the subjects noted:

There is an expectation for a woman to be clean-shaven always, legs included which take more time.

Women are expected to dress to a level that is not "tomboyish" or "too simple"

Women are expected to prepare their hair and complexion to a level that is not expected of men.

Women are constantly judged and objectified in media to a level men are not.

With this clear level of imbalance in the visual and presentation expectations, women have to spend more time, money, emotional and physical energy, women do not have the same time or judgment standards to benefit from new opportunities.

If a woman has to groom 30 minutes more per day, she has lost 2.5 hours in the workweek of other opportunities,

There was a study performed at Stanford that looked at the resume of an individual.  It is called the Howard Heidi study.  The results were astounding: the group with the male applicant said they would hire him to their imaginary company. But the group with the female applicant said that she was too bossy, forward, and felt as if she wouldn’t get along with their employees. They gathered all of this from a resume.

The purpose of this study was to show the predispositions people have.    The social constructs clearly create an advantage for men.  In that example, the man would have had the opportunity and the woman would not, and said the opportunity was founded on gender

I have clearly shown that there are demonstrable advantages men have over women in our society and those would qualify as a privilege. 

The resolution as stated is incorrect.
