@ashakantasharma you say than "Murder is MURDER". But the definition of murder is: stated as the crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice. Notice it says "person" and not living "being". But i'll humor you. The process of a chicken being turned into curry is murder, after all there was premeditation. Pulling weeds in your garden is also murder.
