That Scientology should be recognized as a religion

My opponent was unable to post a case.

Scientology should not be recognized as a religion because it should not be recognized at all. It is a scam and the state should seek to eradicate it for the benefit of society. It helps those who believe in Scientology because it frees them from the prison of Scientological beliefs. It helps reunite people with their loved ones who, because of some connection with Scientology and the exclusivity of that so-called religion, have been ostracized completely. And it helps avoid a giant tax sink designed to finance David Miscavige's exuberant lifestyle. Much as Martin Luther during the reformation, we must not be afraid to stand up to tyrannical so-called religions with a track record of eliminating their foes and ruthlessly pursuing wallets of poor members.

The resolution is negated.

Feedback:
Forfeit. I advise that Pro should should be more active. My advice to con is that he should provide specific examples of what David Miscavage and Co. have done, along with multiple articles as sources.
