Recent Site Updates - July 2014
Just letting you know about some of the major new features available now for free on edeb8.com! Most of it has been stabilizing the platform even further and improving the look of the site.
- Sorted out timezone issues once and for all, and the annoying character limit bug
- Significantly improved design of many areas of the site
- Improved design of email messages edeb8 sends
- Ability to "Load More" status updates
- Added ability to sign in with Facebook / Twitter / Google
- Auto-saving drafts
- More social platform integration
- New stickied forum topics
- Ability to "Speak Debate" and have it read to you
- Easier method for contributing your own resources
- Added new CX round length and CX response notifications
- Ability to indent paragraphs
- Debates now show related news alongside related debates
- Ability to "search all" (the new default search mode)
- Group founders can now remove members from their groups
- Changed "Users" link in header to show online users only by default
- Added microformat code to debates and profiles
- Removed ability to block friends
- And tons of other minor things / bug fixes
I've probably missed some stuff out too. Remember that I'm always happy to hear suggestions for new features and such! :)
