Normal Mafia sign ups

I think edeb8 could have some mafia, but because it isn't active enough, the balance will change. I aim for around 8 members, 6 town and 2 mafia (probably). The mafia I will host right now will be plain mafia, with no theme like fire or magic or mystery, etc.
