If someone makes a lengthy argument for 3 rounds, but ends up conceding the fourth because s/he feels thier argument is weak, should the concession be accepted when judging?

Blackflag: I hate concessions only a little less than I hate forfeits.
In my opinion, a concession is made to your opponent, not to the judges. By that reasoning, if you're opponent accepts the concession, the judges should respect that and unanimously vote in their favour. However, if your opponent does NOT accept it, then you should respect that and continue the debate. The judges should vote on their own opinion- although it's fair to say that making a concession part way through is never a great way to score points.
