People swear for two reasons. The most common is that they lack the knowledge to express themselves using normal expressions. To counter this, people should read more. Those people who are not much into reading, would still read adventure books like Harry Potter and Agatha Christie.
People who are educated and do have command of language, also sometimes swear. But this happens only among close friends, during the times of relaxing and having fun. So, this second instance is not a problem.
