I would like to be fair and give my opponent a chance to salvage what she can from this debate. But, I will be providing one argument.
What do children go to school for? To learn. But, paying additional benefits to their families on their performance is wrong because it puts more pressure on them. Instead of learning children will start focusing on the money and this may lead to disastrous circumstances such as depression, cheating, panic, paralysis, recession, retrenchment, stagflation, stagnation, discouragement, dispiritedness, and distress. Therefore, I and the CON proposs that this resolution be eradicated because of its inefficiency.

Win awarded to: Kush
Reasoning:
So what Kush has actually done is explained why CON should win, and also given their opponent the chance to counter the argument, a chance which was not taken. Therefore, due to jessld2104's inability to produce a counter-argument, I believe that Kush has clearly won this debate.

Feedback:
I think the problem with jessld2104 in this debate is that she completely failed in debating her actual case. Therefore, she could have, perhaps placed a little more effort into arguing her point. However, on Kush's side of the argument, perhaps look at the personal effects rather than just economic effects, e.g. it may affect people's self-esteem or make them feel inadequate, and they are being left out of this additional benefit as a result.
