I'm hit or miss personally. If you kill a mentally retarded man it would still be murder. If you kill a mute man that would still be murder. How are endangered animals that different?

Reasoning:
No arguement for the resolution leads to a win for con in this case. Pretty self explanatory really, yet here I am, explaining it again...

Feedback:
It's basic good form to make a case. In CON's case, even just to record the fact that his side was here and ready to debate looks better, as well as giving the other side the chance to make up for forfeiting the first round.

Obviously none of this is a requirement though, so does not contribute to the final decision in this instance.
